2023

We began developing service systems for the massage and spa industry

Currently, Local For You is ready to serve in the massage and spa industry with a team of over 30 people dedicated to customer care in both massage parlors and restaurants. After providing restaurant systems for an extended period, there was a significant demand from customers for massage services. We have now expanded and enhanced our services in the massage and spa industry to meet the comprehensive needs of our customers.

2022

We expanded our services to restaurants in the United States

After gaining trust from over 600 restaurants in Australia and New Zealand, we successfully extended our services to restaurants in the United States this year, receiving positive feedback.

2021

We began offering marketing advisory services

Continuing to earn trust due to our excellent systems and services, we expanded our offerings to include marketing advisory services, attracting interest from over 420 restaurants.

2020

We experienced rapid growth

Shortly after opening an office in Thailand, our company grew significantly, allowing us to confidently assure that every restaurant customer receives excellent care. This year, the number of customers trusting our services increased to 250 restaurants.

2019

We established an office in Bangkok, Thailand.

With rapid growth, we needed to expand our business by opening an additional office in Bangkok, Thailand. With a dynamic management team and a few staff members, we managed around 49 restaurant businesses.

2018

Our first Thai team joined

To facilitate smooth and efficient communication, especially with Thai restaurants, we made the strategic decision to hire our first Thai team, based at our headquarters.

2017

Local For You was founded

Founded in 2017 by Steven Waterson and Steve Fazakerley, Local For You aimed to elevate restaurants and increase profits through online platforms. Soon after, 29 restaurant owners in Australia trusted and utilized our services, spanning various cuisines, including Thai, Chinese, cafes, and fast food.
