To cancel any service, a minimum of 3 business days’ notice prior to the billing date is required. Cancellations must be communicated to Local For You within this specified timeframe.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made after the 3-business-day notice period before the billing date will not be eligible for a refund. However, the customer will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Non-Compliance:

Failure to comply with the cancellation notice period means no refund will be issued, but the customer may continue using the service until the end of the next billing period.
